Returns

Returns Policy:

Every item matters to us, but if your purchase isn’t the right fit, you can return it in line with the policy below.

📆 Timeframe – Online orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. To start the process, just email info@toonkitcollector.co.uk with your order number and a note that you’d like to make a return. Once we’ve confirmed, you’ll then have 14 days to send the item back.

🔍 Condition – All returns must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. It’s fine to open the packaging, but if tags are removed the item will be considered worn. If a product is returned in a condition different to how it was sold, we may reduce or decline the refund.

🏬 In-store purchases – Items bought in store are sold as seen. These are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

🚚 Posting your return – Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please send your parcel using your local postal service or a courier of your choice, and ensure it’s tracked. We can’t take responsibility for parcels that are lost or don’t reach us.

💰 Refunds – Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, we’re unable to offer exchanges
